Comments: The only problem I experienced and believe needs to changes is the shopping cart and billing. My order was short by an item, the cart did not show the item out of stock and the amount I was shown in the total included the entire order. When the shipment came, it was short one item w/o any explanation. The procedure should be be corrected to advise the person of the differences in their shipment from their order or ship item when it comes in.

Comments: The online ordering was easy, the shipment was very prompt, and my son LOVES the candy and people pops. The only issue I had was that several pops were broken/shattered. My son is only 3 and I can't give him the hard candy pieces,only the lollipop. That was a little frustrating considering their cost. However, it could have been Fed-Ex that caused them to shatter. MAybe wrap them in bubble wrap and post fragile on the box for future deliveries? Thanks so much, we'll definitely be back.
