Why doesn’t my shipping confirmation number work?
Confirm that you are checking the correct carrier. We only ship via FedEx and USPS (UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE). Due to similarity of the abbreviations with UPS the two carriers are easily confused. Here are links that you can visit to see the progression of your package.
USPS international 1st class shipments are not issued confirmation numbers.
Do you ship FedEx to Canada or other non US countries?
No. We only use FedEx to deliver within the united states.
